Good and quick to got some banchans for the Korean dinner at home. Price a little higher but pretty close and convenient from Chinatown my work

  I love this place for their fresh kimchi! Nothing like a homemade kimchi. The staff is so nice here too. They have a great selection of banchan and presliced meats. I look forward to coming at least once a week. I grab a kimbap or onigiri and an ice cream treat too! Thank you Moms Refrigerator

  Super clean place with good food and nice staff. Banchan selection was great! Thought it was pricey for food, but huge portions made up for it. Super full! Will definitely be back

  Everything good and fresh, the raw crab with red sauce was absolutely AMAZING, had spicy kimbop which was pretty good but I thought overpriced at $14 for two rolls, especially since this is all take out. Crab was a bit spendy as well but it was sooooo good, $33 for a larger plastic box, had quite a bit of crab in there. I’ll probably be back for the crab, definitely recommended.

  We were in the mood for Korean and decided to checkout Mom’s Refrigerator. It wasn’t a big store but they offered prepacked banchans, a refrigerator full of imported drinks which we had to try! And another fridge full of frozen yakiniku meats. Some items didn’t have a price tag so it was like a mystery spend for us. My favorite was the kimchee and seaweed soup, drool! And at the counter they give you an option to make fresh food like kimbap! Overall a good experience. Happy Eats!

  This is a good little spot for Korean groceries. They get a large batch of Kimchi all at once so if you miss the time window of when they get it – you’ll be heading to “Greenland SuperMarket” who they recommended when they ran out of Kimchi. So call ahead and make sure they have it if you are looking for fresh Kimchi.

  Was assembling the ingredients for a home hotpot night and this place was perfect! They offered very reasonable prices for pre sliced meat and all of their banchan/sides are so good. The raw marinated crab, kimchi, and sprouts in particular are my favorites. It’s a wonderful family owned shop and I highly recommend it

  Amazing service! I got their Raw Soy Marinated Crab and it was so good! I also bought beef belly and rib eye slices, along with a couple of banchan items! They got everything for KBBQ at home! One thing I wish they had was lettuce wrap kits! But overall this place is awesome!

  I was excited to find out that there was a Korean banchan store in Vegas called Mom’s Refrigerator! They have all the banchan basics ranging from various kimchis, squids, anchovies, perilla leaves, etc. They also have Korean pancakes and a whole wall of different meats available for Korean BBQ and other Korean dishes you may want to prepare. In addition to the grocery items, they also have a Made to Order menu where you can order different freshly prepared dishes.

The service was really friendly and fast, and although it’s a very small place, they pack quite a bit of options in there. The store is kept very open and clean and has a small table and a handful of chairs if you need to take a quick seat while you’re there.

I purchased the kimchi stew, spicy anchovy banchan, and bulgogi kimbap. The kimchi stew was pretty good and was my favorite food item that I got there. The reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the ingredients used and the flavor of the anchovies and bulgogi kimbap. For example, when making the anchovy banchan, I’m used to using honey or brown sugar; at this place they use high fructose corn syrup which isn’t ideal health-wise. I also found the flavor to be too sweet and lacking the more deep, complex sweet/savory flavor that I’m used to enjoying with that particular side dish. Also, the fish cake and ham kimbap had nitrites in it, so I opted for the bulgogi kimbap instead which was just okay; I wouldn’t get it again though. Nonetheless, I do look forward to coming back and trying more of the other food items there! And I would definitely get the kimchi stew again as well if things get busy and I don’t have time to make my own.

  Found a nice Korean kitchen/store offering nice authentic snacks and cuisines. There are pre-made grab and go items along with fresh made to order dishes as well. Their kimbab is a must!

I had this place bookmarked for a while, as I had seen this place on a previous visit to Las Vegas. I ended up visiting Mom’s Refrigerator this past Saturday afternoon. The two employees (possible the owners?) behind the counter was very friendly upon entering. After browsing the refrigerators, we ended up purchasing:

Fish Cake & Ham Gimbap, $13.99 prior to tax- This gimbap and bulgogi were the only two varieties available upon my visit. I ended up picking this one because this one had vegetables. One of the employees told me this one had vegetable but the bulgogi one was all meat and rice (also cost $15.99 prior to tax, with 2 full cut rolls). This gimbap was pretty good and tightly rolled (such a bummer when gimbap or any roll is loosely rolled and just falls apart before it gets into your mouth). Although a bit pricey, you are getting 2 rolls, which is actually a fair price.

Steamed Squid, $6.30 prior to tax- My husband picked this and we both really enjoyed the squid. It was perfectly cooked, tender and had a nice chew. Quiet a large portion for the price.

Stir Fried Fish Cake, $4.17 prior to tax- One of my go to banchan that I love (I also love the potato salad too but didn’t get it on this visit, but they do sell it for those that also love that), I picked up a container of this. The fish cakes were very tasty.

I like the variety of banchan that Mom’s Refrigerator offers (good ol’ mom). They also sell some prepackaged noodle kits that you would find in H Mart, bottled soft drinks and also raw marinaded crab for those looking for it (available in both spicy and non spicy variations).

Overall, Mom’s Refrigerator was a positive experience and will be sure to visit again when I come back to Las Vegas.

  Stopped by to grab some Bonchon, nice clean store, great selection and guy at the counter was friendly. Kimchi was fire. Some of the best I’ve had in town. Radish and cucumbers were fresh and tasty too. Highly recommend Moms Refrigerator over Greenland for their Bonchon.

  The best side dishes/ bento boxes ever, so much flavor, customer service is amazing I’m always met with smiles and given a thank you, even if I get something small. The atmosphere is all around amazing and the snacks are to die for

  This place is amazing! Seriously best kimchi I’ve ever had! Best everything honestly. I bought squid, kimbap, spicy cucumbers, japchae, and like 6 other sides??? I can’t get enough, so when I do find a minute to go to that side of town I buy everything I can. Everyone is so nice here, I’m still learning about Korean food so having someone explain to me little details here and there is really nice and appreciated. I didn’t eat inside even though I should have, this place is spotless! I’d would have felt like eating in a hospital. I’ll be here again for sure! With pictures!

  Their side dishes are fresh and flavorful. Did not disappoint. I like the kimchi and raw marinated crab in soy sauce and spicy.

  Absolutely delicious! I always go here for the marinated raw crab because it’s fresh and the marinade is fantastic. I recently got my wedding catered by them and the food was a complete hit! We got the kimchi fried rice, bulgogi, Korean fried chicken, dumplings, and japchae. The delivery was fast and on time and almost all the food was gone by the end of the night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Korean side dishes and cuisines.

  love mom’s refrigerator! it’s really far from where i live but my husband and i try to do every other weekend for their side dishes and meat selection. they have the best kimchi in town and so many varieties. it’s a small store so it’s great to get in and out. the service is always amazing and they are so kind. always so helpful and suggesting new things to try!

  dudes cool. meats are 10/10! Should definitely consider adding Korean bbq sides.

  This place has so much to offer. I had my friend go the next day to grab goodies too. They have premade snacks, meats ready to cook, and super friendly staff! Prices are very reasonable too. Ill be back to try more.
